last night we went to a new spot in the mission called central kitchen and... just... loved it. the food, was amazing. the atmosphere, equally as amazing. and the tunes -- perfect. after dinner we had a glass of wine at flour + water {also here} which seemed only necessary as it was right around the corner. 

we ate:
ham. greens and herbs. marinated bread. white cheddar. 
poached artichokes. white beans and salted true cod. 
duck breast and confit leg. barley. fava beans. turnips. 
chocolate financier. caramel meringue. chicory syrup.
{special thank you to ben for dinner. we could not have been more surprised!}

molly's much anticipated bachelorette party came and went too quickly in my opinion. for memorial day, the bridesmaids (minus a few) all went out to ocean ridge to celebrate, and we had... too much fun. i arrived friday morning for a full day spent at the beach. some memorable moments include:

katherine's toast. rooftop dinners. unlimited cocktails? never have i ever. mrs. lipschtick. abs and gail. boat rides and manatees. malibu rum. girls night out {bachelorette edition}. ridiculous questions. ridiculous answers. frozen yogurt. hot. brunch. swan dives. thunderstorms. bocce ball. pictionary. laughing. crying. pin the **** on the ****.

and, much {much} more. a weekend to remember and many thanks to KJ for making it happen.  so much love to you girls. can't wait for august.

thursday night we did a fun dinner before my red eye flight to florida. we're lacking good sushi in sf {which is weird?} so i was delighted by our experience at ichi. the fish was fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. the ambiance was small and cozy which means we will definitely be back. before dinner we enjoyed cocktails and music at the royal cuckoo.

what a bizarre yet amazing sf tradition. we were up and at it before 9am?! {impressive}. this year, we leveraged what we had lying around for costumes -- and it actually worked out quite perfectly. we had such a fun time walking the streets of sf, people watching, dancing, drinking, laughing, eating pb and j's ... and so much more. the day ended with {long} naps, and the most delicious dinner @ super duper.

another chill saturday, which i am ok with. after my morning @ the ferry building farmers market, we headed to beach chalet at ocean beach for mojitos, sun, and music. we stopped at whole foods on the way home to get ingredients for ultimate vegan burgers -- and had a nice night @ home cooking.

friday evening we celebrated alexandra's birthday at cigar bar, followed by a classic north beach italian dinner and drinks at romolo. we had so much fun playing dice, drinking festive cocktails, and celebrating. happy weekend.

last night we went to gioia -- the new pizzeria on polk. so nice to have this place close to home! we had an amazing soft shell crab salad, broccoli, and an accidentally massive pizza {hello, leftovers}. im sure we will be back to this spot often because of its tasty food and convenient location...

elise and i had the best time over brunch @ hog & rocks on sunday morning. this was our first dining experience here... and we couldn't have enjoyed it more {deviled eggs, french toast, and chicken and biscuits!} we will definitely be trying new spots together more often. standard sunday errands took place for the rest of the day, followed by halibut and butternut squash ravioli for seafood sunday dinner. bon appetit!

saturday was so simple and pleasant. we rode bikes to coffee bar for lunch and picked up my very first pair of toms (yay) -- after, we popped over to dolores park to absorb some vitamin d and people watch. bi-rite and fatted calf pit-stops took place on the way home... followed by a delicious home cooked meal and darjeeling limited.

friday night started with a db pre summer gathering. we shared cocktails and trips to the photo booth... and later had dinner at citizens band. this diner-y spot was just what we were looking for {at the time}. 
we had a great time enjoying the delicious {but heavy} mac and cheese + burger.

this week may have been one of my favorite TiTs. we went to piccino in dogpatch, and happily sat outside to soak up the warm evening weather. the amazingness all started with our french waiter -- who reminded us so much of jc. for dinner we enjoyed a rose-like light red wine with:

salmon crudo 
fettuccine pasta with cove mussels 
pancetta pizza avec un oeuf
beignets for dessert 
sightglass espresso
bon appetit!
