i really fell off the baking train. there was a point where i was literally putting potato chips on cookies. potato chips!! it is time for me to come back. what better time than pre-BBQ? i felt we needed to bring a little treat that was summery and light. inspired by the beautiful lemons at the  farmers market, i decided to do a blend of this recipe and this one {for the drizzle}. they turned out quite tasty, and left you with the perfect summer sweetness on your palette. bon appetit!
